STEP ONE: Register, receive a confirmation email, click on the link in this to login to your personal account.
STEP TWO: Select the category that most closely corresponds to your query. If you cannot find an appropriate category, please select “Other”.
STEP THREE: Enter details of your query. The Description field should be used to describe your query as fully as possible. Please make sure you have included the necessary detail to allow us to respond.
NB: IF YOU CANNOT REGISTER, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR FIRST NAME, SURNAME, STAFF NUMBER AND DATE OF BIRTH TO THE SUPPORT TEAM.
When you have completed these fields, press the Submit Query button, blow:
- You can only submit queries regarding your own membership and use of Hotline from BA Clubs.
- We cannot handle any queries regarding Hotline bookings. To make any booking changes you must login to the Hotline from BA Clubs website at http://www.hotline-baclubs.co.uk where you will be directed to the Hotline service within BA.
Once you have submitted your query you will receive an email acknowledgement that we have received it. This will be sent automatically by the system and if you cannot see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
All queries are handled in the order they are received and whilst we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible there may be some delays at peak times.
